Public speaking is a skill and asset that will last for years. You may feel uncomfortable doing this because it is a skill that cannot be learned in a day.
With persistence and consistency, you will excel in it and it will pay off in the future.
2)Managing Your Time
Being busy does not mean being effective and efficient. Challenge yourself to become effective. Do you focus mostly on what you need to do or what you need to do?

You may be the most disciplined, smartest, and richest person in the world, but if you don’t care or empathize with other people, you’re basically nothing more than a selfish person.

There’s a super tight connection between happiness and the ability to live in the moment. Being able to stay in the present is the ability to keep your mind right here in the present, not in the past, not in the future.

Life is a journey. There’s no time to mourn your failures because it’s a waste of time, but pull yourself together and move on. Consistency is a journey and success is not the final destination.
